Looking for a fun way to build basketball skills? Our Mini Hoopers Rec League is perfect for K and 1st graders! This exciting program focuses on skill development, helping young players improve their dribbling, shooting, and teamwork. After honing their abilities, kids will split into teams for action-packed games, giving them the chance to apply what they’ve learned in a friendly, supportive environment. It's all about learning, growing, and most importantly—having fun on the court!

Coach Bauer
I’m Troy Bauer, the Owner and Head Trainer of Elite Hoops Basketball Academy. What began as a childhood passion for basketball has grown into a lifelong commitment to the game and to helping young athletes succeed.
I’ve been immersed in basketball since the age of 5, playing through high school, college, and adult leagues. The sport has been a constant source of joy and growth in my life, and it’s a passion I’ve proudly passed on to my four children.
My coaching journey started in high school when I volunteered to coach a youth recreational team. It was there I discovered my love for teaching the game and helping players of all skill levels improve. When my oldest daughter began playing competitively in 4th grade, I returned to coaching with a renewed sense of purpose.
Over the years, I’ve continued to deepen my knowledge of the game, always striving to become a better coach and mentor. My mission is to help young players develop a strong foundation in basketball, improve their skills, and cultivate the same love for the sport that has shaped my life.
At Elite Hoops Basketball Academy, I’m dedicated to fostering an environment where athletes can grow, learn, and excel both on and off the court. Whether working on fundamental techniques or helping players push their limits, I’m passionate about empowering the next generation of basketball talent.
